Appointment policies

Aloha,

 

Please Read my Policies before booking.

 

Appointment Policies:

 

A credit card is required to book a massage with Aloha Nani Massage. Your card will not be charged. A card is required to reserve your appointment. You can choose your type of payment after your service. We accept CASH, Most major credit cards, local checks, and Aloha Nani Massage gift certificates. 

 

Aloha Nani Massage offers online scheduling on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Wednesday and Saturdays are reserved for couples massages and special requests based on availability. To book a massage for Wednesday or Saturday, please text me at 808-896-9343. 

 

 

Your appointment time is your check-in time. There is no need to show up early as I may be with another client or getting the treatment room ready for the day.

 

 You can expect your message to start  5 - 15 minutes after check-in, plus a 10-minute window to get off the table and check out. Please schedule other engagements accordingly. If you prefer to show up a little early to use the restroom before your treatment, the restroom keys are on the wall to your left as you enter the waiting room, and you are welcome to wait inside or outside on the bench. Please refrain from taking calls and keep your phone on silent in the waiting room to avoid disturbing the client receiving a massage before you. I will be out to greet you at your appointment or as soon as I can.

 

 

There is a 15-minute grace period given to every appointment. As long as we start your massage within 15 minutes of your appointment, you will receive the entire length of service you scheduled. If I run late, you will always receive the entire length of your scheduled service. If you arrive after your appointment time and your massage starts after the 15-minute grace period, you may receive a shorter length of the service you scheduled and will be required to pay the total amount.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, please pull over and text me so I can wait for you.  If I do not hear from you by 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no-call no-show, and the total amount of the service will be due.

 

 When booking a massage with Aloha Nani Massage, you agree to these terms and authorize Aloha Nani Massage to charge your card on file the total amount of any missed appointments. If you do not have a card on file or the card on file cannot be charged, the total amount of the missed appointment will be due before you can schedule your next appointment. You must contact me via text at 808-896-9343 to arrange payment and schedule your next appointment. You can book online once the total amount due is paid.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask for 24-hour notice. However, you can cancel online or by text as little as 2 hours before your scheduled appointment with no missed appointment fees.

 

Pre-paid massage package holders will forfeit their massage for any appointments not canceled with at least 2 hours notice.

 

The 2-hour notice allows for unexpected illness or emergencies.

 

 

Gift Certificates Policies:

 

Gift Certificate appointments will be treated as regular appointments, and the total amount of the missed appointment will be due before you can schedule online to book your appointment to redeem your certificate. If you do not have a card on file or the card on file cannot be charged, you may redeem your gift certificate to cover the cost of the missed appointment. You will have to contact me directly to make those arrangements. You can book online once the total amount due is paid.

 

 

Aloha Nani Massage does not accept expired gift certificates, with no exceptions. Please check the expiration date on your gift certificate before booking your appointment. If you have a gift certificate that will expire soon and are still looking for an appointment to redeem your certificate, please text me at 808-896-9343. I will work with you to find an appointment for you. I will honor the certificate if you contact me before the expiration date. However, if you cannot make that appointment for any reason, you cannot reschedule, and your certificate will expire and no longer be redeemable.

 

 

Full-priced certificates expire 2 years after the purchase date. BOGO or Special Deals certificates may expire as little as 60 days or up to 1 year after purchase.  Please check the terms of my Special Deals before purchasing.

 

Book your appointment to redeem your gift certificate like a regular massage appointment. Just look for the service that matches your certificate. I have made recent changes to my massage menu. If you are still looking for a service that matches your certificate or are unsure how to schedule a gift certificate, please text me, and I can talk you through the process or book the gift certificate appointment for you. 

 

Massage Package Policies: 

 

Pre-paid Massage Package treatments can be booked without a credit card on file. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask for 24-hour notice. However, you can cancel online or by text as little as 2 hours before your scheduled appointment without forfeiting your massage.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, please pull over and text me so I can wait for you.  If I do not hear from you by 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no-call no-show, and your massage will be marked as redeemed. 

 

Packages of 12 will expire two years after purchase 

Packages of 6 will expire one year after purchase 

Mini package of 3 will expire six months after purchase 

 

If you wish to extend your package expiration date, you can buy another package, and the total of your remaining massages will expire two years, one year, or six months after the purchase date of your new package. 

 

If you need to schedule your massage package treatments before your package expires, please contact me via text at 808-896-9343, and I can get those appointments approved; however, if you can not make it to your appointments, you will not be able to reschedule, and your package will expire. 

 

Thank you for understanding that my time is precious and that many other clients need a therapeutic massage. Please ensure you use your certificates or packages before expiration so I can make room for new certificates and package holders on my schedule. Thank you for all of your continued support.
